Fizzby Ltd is not legally required to publish a modern slavery statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (which applies to organisations with annual turnover of £36 million or more). We publish this statement voluntarily to demonstrate our commitment to ethical business practices.

1. Our Organisation

Fizzby Ltd is an independent business improvement and technology consultancy registered in England & Wales (Company No: 17022291). We provide strategic transformation, operational improvement, and technology adoption services to organisations across multiple sectors.

2. Our Commitment

Fizzby Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour in any part of our business or supply chain.

3. Our Supply Chain

As a professional services consultancy, our supply chain is limited and consists primarily of:

Technology and software service providers
Web hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
Professional service providers (accountancy, legal)
Office supplies and equipment

We assess the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain as low due to the nature of our business and the sectors we procure from. However, we remain vigilant and committed to acting should any concerns arise.

4. Our Policies and Practices

We operate to the following principles:

All engagements and partnerships are conducted with integrity and in compliance with applicable laws
We do not engage with suppliers or subcontractors known to use forced, bonded, or child labour
We encourage anyone with concerns about modern slavery related to our business to report them to us directly
We will investigate any reports of suspected modern slavery and take appropriate action
